Qualifications

• 5+ years in large-scale software development in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Python, C#, .NET, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of software solutions for projects and initiatives.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs, components, APIs, and data changes.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, validation, and QA for reliable delivery.
• Support production deployments, monitor outcomes, troubleshoot, drive improvements.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, docs, deployment notes, procedures.
• Mentor developers and promote coding standards and reusable patterns.
• Contribute to DevOps: source control, build automation, CI/CD, release mgmt.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Contribute to modernization and broader software engineering initiatives.
