THE ROLE

We are looking for aSoftware Development Engineerto enhance and maintain ourmulti-language performance tool suite—a vital component in delivering world-class gaming performance across theRadeonproduct line. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a distributed team of performance driver engineers to develop tools thatpush the limits of GPU performance and innovation.

THE PERSON

You are a versatile and motivated developer who:

• Has strong programming skills inC++,C#, andPython, and is eager to learn new languages as needed.
• Is comfortable writing new code as well as navigating and improving existing codebases.
• Communicates effectively and thrives in adistributed team environment.
• Manages time independently, proactively raises concerns, seeks help when needed, and supports team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Debug, maintain, and expand ourC# .NET 8-based performance automation system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools meet evolving performance analysis needs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience developing and debugging software usingC#with.NET 7/8frameworks.
• Proficiency inC++11 or newerfor performance-critical applications.
• Familiarity withPythonor similar scripting languages for automation and tooling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially inremote or hybrid team settings.
