This role requires a highly proactive individual with strong creative, technical, and analytic skills and a passion for new technologies related to computer vision and on-device machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, write, maintain, and execute end-to-end test cases manually and through automation using Swift and Python
• Drive all aspects of quality and process improvements to help the team ensure features are ready for release
• Report bugs with outstanding isolation and regression techniques
• Balance a wide variety of deliverables, managing priorities and communicating progress and risks effectively
• Translate user scenarios from software feature descriptions and requirements into effective test plans and cases
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate test script development and reduce manual effort
• Work closely with other team members to help coordinate multi-functional test efforts

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA/QE
• Minimum of 1+ years experience as a Software Engineer in Test
• Programming in Python and/or Swift to prototype features, create test apps, and test with internal tools
• Proficiency in testing mobile/desktop apps, and backend/APIs
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, SQA testing methodologies, terminology and processes
• Proven bug detection, isolation, and regression skills
• Able to extract user scenarios from software feature descriptions and requirements, translating them into effective test plans and cases
• Strong familiarity with iOS and macOS
• BS in Computer Science, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience

• Experience in digital photography and video, with proficiency in editing tools for both media
