Description
Responsibilities:
- Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, coding, data compilation, maintenance, and unit testing.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues during software operation.
General Skills

CRM Software Development Skills
- Experience with specific CRM software, high availability solutions, enterprise architecture, middleware, gateways, and tools for CRM development.
- Knowledge of developing internet applications and rapid application development methodologies.
- Understanding of information management principles and practices.
- Experience reviewing and modifying product installation scripts, providing post-implementation support, and conducting design walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and standards.
- Ability to produce user and system documentation.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
- 10+ years in Siebel configuration, design, development, and integration.
- 5+ years of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- 5+ years with Siebel EIM/EAI.
- 3+ years with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuration and development.
- Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Scripts, and related objects.
- Proficiency with Siebel Tools and Web Templates.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI classes and methods.
- Siebel 8.x or above certification.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI architecture and file structures.
- Experience in UI integration, embedding external applications, and exposing Siebel externally.
Report Development Skills - 35%
- Experience with OBIEE and PowerBI reporting.
- Knowledge of Open UI concepts like PM, PR, Manifest, and Mapping files.
Soft Skills - 20%
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop ideas, conceptualize solutions, and work effectively in teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
Public Sector Experience - 5%
- Experience with various Siebel modules relevant to the public sector and grants management is advantageous.
Must Haves:
- 7+ years designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
- 7+ years designing solutions with Adobe AEM.
- Experience developing business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience creating high-level application flows supporting business needs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model.
- Experience ensuring compliance with QA standards.
