Description

Deliverables for Sr. Software Developer – Full Stack:

1. Design process automation including reporting, monitoring, and dashboards using Logic Apps and Power Automate, and compile a Solution Design Document (SDD).
2. Document development tasks, durations, and align with management for finalization.
3. Develop, configure, and test API/web services integration between systems and Power Automate.
4. Create Logic Apps and Power Automate workflows for integrations, iterating for effectiveness.
5. Test and optimize Power Automate RPA workflows for peak volumes.
6. Set up workspace/intra-portal in Logic Apps and Power Automate for human-in-the-loop data correction.
7. Develop dashboards for KPIs leveraging Logic Apps, Power Automate, and BI platforms.
8. Create and execute test plans, including performance testing.
9. Develop and implement application monitoring procedures.
10. Support production activities.
11. Conduct knowledge transfer to EFP technical staff.

Skills and Experience

Java & Webservices, Cloud Computing (70%)

• 10+ years in designing secure RESTful/SOAP APIs, microservices with Java/JEE, Spring, SQL/NoSQL, Message Queues.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, AKS for deployment.
• Proficiency in frontend development with REACT/Angular, JSON, HTML/CSS/XML/XPath.
• Knowledge of DevOps, IAM, OAuth, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience developing Java applications compliant with WCAG AA guidelines.

RPA/ML and Microsoft Low-Code (20%)

• Knowledge of AI, LLM, Machine Learning, Azure Document Intelligence, OpenAI, Cognitive Search.
• Experience with OCR, info extraction, AI training.
• 5+ years in developing and deploying RPA solutions with Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Skills in integrating end-to-end solutions and documenting SDDs.

Testing and Reporting (5%)

• Experience in testing scenarios, performance testing, using Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, JMeter.
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting.

Communication and Reporting (5%)

• Ability to collaborate across IT and business teams throughout SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven team player with deadline management skills.

Must Have

• Experience with Java, Microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Frontend skills with REACT/Angular, JSON, HTML/CSS/XML/XPath.
• Backend experience with SQL Server.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Logic Apps, Power Automate, end-to-end RPA/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with AI stacks from Microsoft, AWS, Google.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
