Description

Scope

• The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) requires a Senior Software Developer – ETL to interface the new Dynamics 365 solution and data warehouse with internal (OPS) and external systems. The role involves working as part of the integrations team, which includes internal and vendor staff.

Assignment Deliverables

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test plans; performing manual and automated testing; collaborating on CI/CD pipelines; supporting project testing; planning and executing data migration activities; verifying configuration and performance of Dynamics 365; analyzing and optimizing system integration; providing user guidance; validating data accuracy and consistency; developing data transfer processes; ensuring data security; documenting processes; and other duties as assigned.

The Vendor's Personnel Will Also Be Required To

• Complete work and meet milestones within deadlines.
• Notify the project manager of issues or concerns promptly.
• Submit deliverables for approval as completed.
• Comply with security, architecture, and confidentiality policies.
• Transfer knowledge and skills to designated staff.

Skills and Experience Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, especially MS Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP applications, Power Platform, and Data Factory.
• At least 5 years of experience integrating data sources using Azure ETL or other tools.
• Experience leading testing efforts.
• Deep knowledge of integration technologies with Dynamics, such as DataVerse and APIs.
• Understanding of data pipeline architectures and Azure workflow tools.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, PowerShell, C#, and related technologies.

Nice To Have

• Azure cloud certifications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and data workflows.
