Description

Responsibilities:

• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, coding, data-driven programs, maintenance, and unit testing.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation.

General Skills:

• Experience in programming, analysis, and support of specialized CRM software.
• Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the SDLC.
• Experience in structured development methodologies, application design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Proficiency in object-oriented or third-generation programming languages.
• Experience with relational/hierarchical databases, query languages, communication protocols, and application design patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a track record of meeting deadlines.

CRM Software Development Skills:

• Knowledge of specific CRM software, architecture, middleware, gateways, and development tools.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with internet applications, RAD methodologies, information management, scripting, accessibility standards, and documentation.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Siebel Development Skills - 40%

• 10+ years Siebel configuration, design, development, and integration experience.
• Experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and Siebel EIM/EAI.
• Experience with Siebel IP18+ and Open UI architecture.

Report Development Skills - 35%

• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and Open UI concepts.

Soft Skills - 20%

• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Public Sector Experience - 5%

• Experience with specific Siebel modules and grants management is advantageous.

Must Have:

• 10+ years Siebel configuration, design, development, and integration.
• 5+ years Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
• 5+ years Siebel EIM/EAI experience.
• 3+ years Siebel IP18+ focus on configuration/development.
