Green and Spiegel LLP is seeking a Software Developer and IT Support to assist with ongoing customizations of our practice management application deployed across our environment. This individual will participate in upgrades, support ongoing customizations, and troubleshooting. The candidate will lead the development of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, high organization skills, strong customer support skills, and the ability to prioritize work. They must work independently and in a team environment to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage upgrades and ongoing customizations of applications across the firm
  • Liaise with support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Lead data security initiatives, including security awareness training
  • Support ongoing IT projects
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide technical training
  • Develop reports in the practice management application, SSRS, and Power BI
  • Create queries and stored procedures using MS-SQL Server Management Studio
