We're looking for a Full Stack AI Developer who’s ready to dive into real-world AI product development. You'll help integrate LLMs, optimize RAG systems, and build end-to-end features that run in production. From inference tuning to backend services and content classification, you're involved across the stack.

Who you report to: Director, Ross Research Labs/AI

What we offer:

Ross offers competitive salaries and comprehensive health plans, as well as several perks to help you perform at your best. Some of these perks include flexible hours, generous paid time off, fitness/wellness allowance, employee share ownership program, development support and a ton of fun social activities and events! Best of all, you will be part of the Ross Video family, and we’ve got a pretty energizing environment here.

What the job is all about:

  • Build and integrate LLM/VLM features into full-stack platforms
  • Write backend and frontend code using Python, Node.js, Go (Golang), and SQL
  • Contribute to content classification workflows for video, audio, text, and internet sources
  • Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) improvements and prompt engineering
  • Deploy models and services using Docker, Kubernetes, and tools like vLLM or TGI
  • Contribute to AI agentic workflows (e.g. ReACT, Reflexion, CrewAI, Tool Use, etc.)
  • Work with and understand the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context-aware AI
  • Integrate with REST and gRPC APIs to build robust, scalable systems

Who you are:

  • Degree in CS, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Comfortable working across the stack with Python, Node.js, and Golang
  • Exposure to LLMs, open-weight models, and transformer architectures
  • Exposure to evaluation techniques such as LLM-as-a-judge and persona-based synthetic data generation
  • Basic familiarity with containerization and scalable inference
  • Awareness of AI agent patterns, structured output generation, and RAG techniques
  • Interest or background in MCP-style architectures
  • Experience consuming and designing REST and gRPC APIs
