• 15% Customer Satisfaction & Problem-Solving – Prioritize customer satisfaction by owning incidents, resolving issues efficiently, identifying root causes, and proactively improving products for reliability and user experience.
• 15% Strategic Product Direction & Innovation – Contribute to shaping product future, provide insights, lead brainstorming, introduce new technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine product direction.
