Salary : Commensurate with level of expertise and corresponding UHN salary levels

The Department of Medical Physics and the Radiation Medicine Program at the Princess Margaret (PM) Cancer Centre, jointly with the University Health Network Digital department, are seeking two Software Developers / Computer Scientists to fill permanent full-time positions. The successful candidates will be co-embedded between the Medical Physics and UHN Digital teams and be a key resource in developing scalable software solutions for clinical workflow automation, quality assurance, integration, and optimization. The candidates will be part of a team responsible for the software infrastructure of the Radiation Medicine Program. The candidates should be able to hold responsibility for a full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As full stack developers, the candidates should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. The candidates should also be team players with an aptitude for visual design and utility. The candidates are expected to interact with members of an interdisciplinary team including medical physicists, engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
