About The Opportunity
As a Software Developer, you’ll work within our New Product Development team, collaborating across departments to create and refine software solutions for cloud, mobile, and desktop applications. Your work will directly contribute to tools that help farmers maximize their productivity.
In This Role, You Will
- Design, build, and test innovative software solutions in emerging cloud and mobile technologies.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (engineering, sales, service, dealers and customers) to understand user needs and deliver practical, high-impact features.
- Share your knowledge and mentor teammates to foster innovation and quality in new product development.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal innovation events.
- Review code, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure delivery of high-quality, working software within sprint cycles.
A hybrid or remote work arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
Occasional travel to the our production facility in St. Brieux or various test locations may be required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need
5+ years of experience in software/web development, along with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong background in mobile and web development.
- Proficiency in .NET (C#), Azure cloud services, Git/Azure DevOps.
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), as well as SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with MVVM and frameworks such as WPF, MAUI and ReactiveUI.
- Experience working within a formal software development environment, including an understanding of software architecture and lifecycle
- Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing
- Experience with graphic design/development
- Familiarity with the ag industry is a strong asset.
