• Solid understanding of database design principles and best practices in data management.

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions that improve user experience and automate insurance workflows

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new features for our insurance platform.
• Support data analysis, system integration, and automation tasks to improve business processes.

• Document technical processes and contribute to the improvement of internal systems.
• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols and ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Designing, coding, and evaluating software applications to meet user and business requirements
• Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to ensure smooth functionality and performance
• Collaborating with designers, PMs (project managers), and other developers to build and improve applications
• Maintaining and optimizing code for efficiency, scalability and security
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation for future reference and team collaboration
