Arobas personnel is looking for a Software Developer for a permanent with one of our clients located in Montreal.

What will your day look like?

• Design, develop, test, and document software and infrastructure components using .NET and SQL Server technologies.
• Develop, integrate, and enhance internet and intranet applications (client/server and web-based).
• Maintain internal systems and infrastructure components.
• Create and manage SQL databases.
• Install and configure new and existing hardware and software.
• Perform system and network administration tasks as needed.
• Handle various IT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in developing .NET applications.
• Strong client/server and web development skills: VS.NET, ASP, HTML, VBScript, JavaScript, XML, SQL Server.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual (French & English).
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Assets: knowledge of Linux/Unix, IIS administration, certifications in Web Programming / Database Programming / Network Administration.
