Job summary

Profound Medical in Peel Region, Mississauga is seeking a Software Developer to build and maintain high-quality features using WPF, C++, and C#. You will collaborate to solve technical challenges and ensure code aligns with business requirements.

You will participate in requirements analysis, contribute to design, implement components, and help with testing, documentation, and CI integration. A degree in software engineering or CS and 3–5 years of experience are expected.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in at least one language (C++, C#, or C) with design patterns.
• Ability to work across teams and document processes.

General Accountability

The Software Developer is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality features, collaborating with the team to solve technical challenges, and ensuring code aligns with business requirements. Leveraging a strong background in WPF, the developer builds scalable enterprise applications that handle complex business logic while maintaining a focus on clean, intuitive user interfaces.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for participation in the company’s benefits programs, such as a group RRSP and medical benefits paid by the employer.
