The product onboarding team is a critical part of the bank, aligned with its strategic goals. The successful candidate will gain experience as a full-stack software engineer, working directly with leaders from both business and technology sectors, within an Agile environment, and learning about financial services and regulations.

Contributes to the global success of the Product Onboarding Engineering Team by executing individual goals and initiatives that support the team’s objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Role Responsibilities

1. Work within a team of 5-7 cross-functional members.
2. Provide system analysis, design, programming, documentation, and support for applications.
3. Recommend best practices and enhancements aligned with the bank’s technology roadmap.
4. Refine technical requirements and offer design guidance.
5. Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
6. Participate in planning and estimation of development efforts.
7. Support and maintain existing applications, conduct code reviews.
8. Lead implementation efforts in various environments.
9. Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis.
10. Assist in system analysis and improvement recommendations.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
2. Understanding of web and cloud applications, problem evaluation, and solution recommendation.
3. Experience with Google Cloud, object-oriented programming, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, and Apigee is a plus.
6. At least 2 years of web application development experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, etc.
7. Familiarity with modern JS tools, HTML/CSS/SASS, and Agile methodologies.
