Founded in 2005 the firm has over $3.8 billion in private capital under management.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our Fund Operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and managing scalable web applications. As a key contributor, you will bring your proactive problem-solving skills and passion for creating seamless, high-performance user experiences.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and manage scalable web applications using React and Node.js.

· Implement React/Node.js applications and optimize web performance.

· Monitor and enhance the performance and availability of web applications across various platforms.

· Integrate third-party services, tools, and APIs into applications.

· Modify existing databases through database management systems.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences and component integration.

· Conduct unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure application stability and functionality.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to security, scalability, and best practices in web development.

· Assist with special projects as required.

Required education and experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development, specifically with React and Node.js .

· 3+ years of experience in database management, with expertise in SQL Server .

· Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing web performance.

· Proficiency with source control tools like Git .

· Proven ability to design and implement robust, scalable solutions.

· In-depth understanding of Agile Software Development processes.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and organizational abilities.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience:

· Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Access .

· Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence .
