Salary: $39.50 hourly / 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

Tasks:

1. Collect and document user’s requirements and develop logical and physical specifications
2. Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems
3. Develop data, process and network models to optimize architecture and evaluate the performance and reliability of designs
4. Plan, design and co-ordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems
5. Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communications environments and applications software
6. Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems
7. Usability testing
8. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
9. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
10. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
11. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests

• Certified software tester (CSTE)
• Cisco certified internetwork expert (CCIE)
