Responsibilities

1. Lead technical decision-making for scrum teams, collaborating with solutions architects and technical leads.
2. Develop coding standards and testing approaches.
3. Plan milestones and oversee software delivery, escalating issues as needed.
4. Design and develop using tools like Google GCP, ETL programming, and Java Spring Boot.
5. Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications.
6. Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
7. Support applications in production.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years experience in building scalable enterprise technology stacks with Java.
2. At least 2 years experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and related technologies.
3. 2+ years experience with ETL tools like DataStage and Talend.
4. 5+ years experience with SQL databases (AzureSQL, Sybase, MS SQL).
5. Experience with application monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Splunk.
6. Knowledge of microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and reactive programming.
