TheSoftware Architect (Mobile – iOS/Android React Native) Role

We're seeking an innovative Senior Mobile Software Architect with a passion for designing cutting-edge solutions. You'll lead the architecture of high-performing mobile applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends.

You will join theGeoAnalytics& Mobile team which developsstate of the art visualizations, geographic features and analytics capabilities in Qlik Sense and the native Mobile application (Qlik Sense SaaS). We work in a SaaS environment with a micro-service architecture, using primarily JavaScript, React, React Native and TypeScript.

• You will develop proof-of-concept projects to validate new architecture

• Be the technical leader for design, implementation and interface decisions regarding mobile E2E solutions
• Innovate and stay updated with the latest mobiletechnologies.
• Guide development teams and ensure best practices.
• Communicate and collaborate with developers and architects across the global organization.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proven experience in mobile architecture.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android platforms and interest the mobile community
• Experience and knowledge in react-native.
• Define architectural standards and tools for development initiatives and design solutionstaking into accountscalability, availability, reliability, stability, security and performance
• Design orModifyexisting solution for better performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science(or similar).

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 CDN per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package, eligibility requirements for benefits will be controlled by applicable Qlik plan documents and policies.
