Soft Peaks is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Supervise the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve ice cream
2. Create work schedules
3. Provide training to newly hired staff in job duties
4. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
5. Keep records of stock, sales and wastage
6. Resolve customer’s complaints
7. Participate in hiring food service staff if needed

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of relevant experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
