Company Description

Kickstart Men's Therapy was created to provide an inviting space to help men develop better relationships in their lives and with themselves.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Worker / Registered Psychotherapist at Kickstart Men's Therapy in Guelph, ON. The role requires evening and weekend availability to meet the demand of our growing clientele. Sessions may be conducted in our Downtown Guelph office or online as client needs dictate.

Successful Candidates should meet the following criteria

• A Masters degree in a relevant field and registration with a relevant body (CRPO, OCSWSSW)
• Experience in developing treatment plans and offering mental health support
• Experience and passion working with men and their families
• Available to work up to 10 hours per week with evening availability, with the option for more hours
• Ability to manage own client files, bookings, and documentation through the Jane booking platform
• Able to provide proof of professional liability insurance
• Empathy and compassion towards male clients
• Ability to provide sessions in the evening or weekend at our office in Downtown Guelph

Bonus if you have experience with

• ADHD
• Couples counselling
• Relationship counselling
• Addiction treatment

Pay: $90-$100 per hour
