The Position
Get Up and Go Program [GUAG] is Canada’s first inpatient intensive interdisciplinary pediatric pain service, supporting youth to regain function and return to usual activities, including school and recreation. Referrals come from outpatient specialized chronic pain clinics.
We are seeking a social worker to join our skilled and committed GUAG team on a temporary 18 month contract. We welcome applicants with availability between 0.6 FTE – 1.0 FTE (22.5 – 37.5 hours per week). In your application, please indicate your regular availability.
