LifeWorks is seeking a Trauma Response Counsellor to provide on-site Critical Incident Response for TELUS Health's clients in Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in counselling or related fields and experience in group counselling. This role requires flexibility and the ability to respond to client needs effectively.

The opportunity :

You will be providing on-site group Critical Incident Response to TELUS Health's organizational clients, as an independent contractor.

What you will do :

• Provide Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients;
• Work / travel to an on-site location;
• Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's Trauma department.

Who we are looking for :

• Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, or social work;
• In good standing with counselling College or Association, and valid professional liability insurance;
• Experience delivering group debriefing and / or running counselling groups;
• CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset;
• Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions withinthecorporate environment;
• Flexibility to respond to client needs.
