Job summary

LifeWorks seeks a Social Worker or Counselling Therapist to provide Critical Incident Response for their organizational clients. This role includes on-site responsibilities across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, or Prince Edward Island, requiring a Master’s degree, professional registration, and experience in group counseling. Candidates must demonstrate sensitivity and flexibility while managing administrative tasks in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

  • Registration with a College or Association and valid professional liability insurance.
  • CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset.
  • Experience delivering group debriefing or running counselling groups.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Critical Incident Response to organizational clients.
  • Work / travel to an on-site location in NB, NS, NL, or PEI.

Summary :

You will be providing group Critical Incident Response toTELUS Health'sorganizationalclients, as an independent contractor.

What you will do :

  • Provide Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients;
  • Work / travel to an on-site location in NB, NS, NL or PEI;
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated byTELUS Health'sTrauma department.

Who we are looking for :

  • Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, or social work;
  • Registration with a College or Association where a College does not exist, and valid professional liability insurance;
  • CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset;
  • Experience delivering group debriefing and / or running counselling groups;
  • Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions withinthecorporate environment;
  • Flexibility to respond to client needs.
