Joining us in Cranbrook, B.C., you’ll have a pivotal role providing social work services to in-patients attached to the East Kootenay Regional Hospital. You will provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. Working collaboratively with other healthcare providers and the multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct psychosocial care, counseling, system navigation, advocacy, education, and linkage to relevant specialized complex care resources while facilitating client self-management.

This is a casual opportunity. Shift types for this position are days as needed, with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 hours. Casual means there are no guaranteed hours, and work requirements can vary from zero to 37.5 hours per week.
