Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday 0830-1630h. Must have availability of 2 weekends and 2 weekdays in a 6 week period or 4 weekdays in a six week period. Please note schedules may change due to operational needs.
Compensation:
OPCOM13 Range: $46.14 - $58.79
Working as an integral member of the inter-professional team, you will play a critical role in providing social work services to patients and their families within the organization, in the acute care setting, with the exception of in-patient mental health. There is a strong emphasis on psychosocial support, interdisciplinary problem solving, and liaising with appropriate members of the team to ensure patients and families are linked with necessary resources and supports.
