- Minimum two years of community experience in intervention.
- Certified suicide prevention training (training provided if not certified).

- Receiving calls and investigating applicant needs (domestic violence or suicide).
- Providing intervention services by phone (listening, helping, and referring).
- Responding to various requests for clinical information (programs, process objectives, eligibility criteria, etc.).
- Planning and conducting one-on-one meetings.
- Writing (completing case files and various follow-up tools related to intervention activities).
- Following up on patient files by phone.
- Participating in group sessions.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DCS or technical degree in Social Work.
- Intervention experience with men (an asset).
- Crisis intervention experience (a significant asset).
- Certified suicide prevention training – if not, training will be provided upon hiring.
- At least two years of community experience in intervention.
- Written and oral fluency in French.
- Attendance of at least three clinical coaching meetings.
