Available regions & contract types

1. Option 1 – Urban areas
   Settings : CLSCs, CHSLDs, youth centers, community orgs
   Day shifts primarily
   Full-time or part-time
   Option to transition into permanent positions
2. Option 2 – Remote regions
   Contracts : 4 to 12 weeks, renewable
   Transportation & housing provided
   Per diem : $ / day depending on the region
   Diverse populations, dynamic work settings
3. Option 3 – Northern regions
   Missions : 1 to 6 months
   Up to $62 / hour (employee status)
   Furnished accommodation & round-trip airfare
   Deeply rewarding work in tight-knit, appreciative communities

Who we're looking for

Social Workers – OTSTCFQ member

Minimum requirements :

1. 6+ months of clinical experience with youth or adults
2. Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
3. Fluent in French (spoken and written); functional English is an asset depending on region
4. Strong autonomy, empathy, and adaptability
