St. Clement's School is seeking a Mental Health Worker to support students through counseling services, risk assessments, and community collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor or Master's in Social Work with at least three years of relevant experience in mental health services, emphasizing cultural humility and inclusive practices.

This position is a thirty-five (35) hour work week and is based on working the school year - ten (10) months and ten (10) days. The compensation range for candidates who hold a Bachelor of Social Work is $68,663 - $84,641 per year. Compensation for candidates who hold their Master of Social Work is $76,095 to $93,939 per year. This is a unionized position and union dues are applicable. The nature of this position will require the successful candidate to service large geographical areas, mileage reimbursement at the Board approved rate.
