Purpose of the Role :
The Social Media Specialist supports the execution of the firm’s social media content and campaigns—helping to build brand equity, showcase thought leadership, and engage our audience of affluent investors, business owners, and professional advisors. This role focuses on bringing our brand voice to life across social channels through content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and compliance to ensure timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned execution.

Compensation & Benefits Package :
This position comes with a base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
