Job description

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join a Montreal fashion Distributor!

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute e-blasts and other brand-related email marketing campaigns;
  • Develop monthly newsletters to share across all channels, featuring social media highlights and brand collaborations;
  • Coordinate and implement meaningful brand partnerships;
  • Assist in organizing and executing corporate events;
  • Design and carry out a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms;
  • Produce content as needed to support marketing initiatives;
  • Oversee social media profiles, ensuring both consistent posting and timely audience engagement;
  • Provide input on marketing strategies and help execute plans effectively;
  • Handle additional tasks or special projects as required;
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director by offering support on various creative assignments.

Requirements

  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in community engagement, brand strategy, social media, or a related field;
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fashion and retail industries;
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Manage multiple projects at once with autonomy and efficiency;
  • Contribute a clear, strategic mindset focused on growing brand presence and community impact.
