About the position:
Wildcraft is growing, and we’re looking for aSocial Media Marketing Specialistto join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves creating content, and is excited to build a strong, engaged community across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. You'll help bring our brand to life through planning, content creation, posting, and community engagement.
You'll also play a key role in our paid media efforts supporting in creative development (static, video, and UGC-style) and learn how to monitor performance to help optimize for results.
We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and eager to experiment. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and love making content that feels meaningful and personal. This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on a small, fast-growing team and continue building your digital marketing skills.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative contractors and report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, collaborating on strategy, creative direction, and execution.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 to 3 days per week on-site at our West End Toronto studio.
