Job description

Do you want to work for an organization where people care about each other? We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Marketing & Communications and support CCNM’s communications and marketing efforts through social media strategies and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining an online social presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, and Google Business profiles to promote CCNM and CCNM Clinics.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to coordinate social media strategies, create content, and maintain schedules.
  • Partnering with departments and student communities to develop social media content, meet objectives, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Producing and editing print and digital marketing materials that meet CCNM brand standards.
  • Coordinating, marketing, and hosting monthly clinic webinars, including website setup, social media promotion, email marketing, and registration reporting.

Onboarding will be on-site with a flexible work schedule based on operational needs. Available ASAP.

Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Social Media, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Hootsuite), graphic design applications (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator), and email marketing platforms (MailChimp).
  • Knowledge of web design processes and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with both PC and MAC platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Drupal is an asset.
  • Proficiency in SEO, web analytics, and social media monitoring tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Discretion, tact, and professional judgment in a confidential environment.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
