U+ Toastmasters' Youth Volunteer Connects Program is funded by Canada Service Corps, a national movement that empowers youth aged 12 - 30 to gain experience and build important skills while giving back to their community.

Are you passionate about creativity, social media, and community engagement? U+ Toastmasters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals build their public speaking and leadership skills, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help us grow our presence on Instagram while promoting our inspiring public speaking and leadership programs!

What You’ll Do:

• Help grow our Instagram followers and boost engagement
• Create and edit eye-catching posts using Canva
• Connect with community organizations to promote events and initiatives
• Support our team in spreading the word and elevating our brand

• Commitment to completing basic training
• Fluency in English
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if you’re over 18)

Bonus Skills

• Experience with social media management or marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or other creative platforms
• Fluency or high proficiency in another language besides English
