A creative marketing studio is looking for a Social Media Manager who will oversee social media and community management for multiple venues. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in social media and content creation. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, photography, and video editing. Working in a hybrid model, you will be responsible for developing strategies, managing accounts, and creating engaging content.
Reporting to : Director of Brand & Marketing
Required : 1-2 years of experience in Social Media & Content Creation
Social Media Tab : This tab covers all F&B expenses for shoots & content gathering, ensuring nothing comes out of pocket and facilitating a frictionless in-venue process.
Great to have : Video + Editing Skills, F&B Experience is an asset
Hybrid Role : 3 days in office (Mon, Tue, Thurs)
About Us : Model / Ctzn is a creative studio managing Design & Build, Brand & Marketing for Toronto-based cocktail bars and restaurants. Our small internal team includes Marketing & Branding, Graphic Design, Illustration, Music Curation & Social Media, often collaborating with freelance creatives to keep content fresh & original. We support upskilling and cover some course costs for long-term employees. Working with the Director of Brand & Marketing, you’ll oversee the full content lifecycle: strategy, ideation, execution, analytics, and optimization.
