We're looking for a full-time social media manager with an interest in software to conduct our company's multi-channel social media strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp sense of social strategy, experience managing multiple channels, and the ability to create technical-leaning content that performs.

We're looking for a candidate with 3+ years of social media work experience. You should be comfortable owning both the high-level thinking and the day-to-day execution.

• Own and execute our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels (YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
• Write, design, and publish posts that are clear, smart, and on-brand
• Use tools like Figma and Canva to create on-brand visual assets for posts and other content
• Grow our audience of developers, operators, and AI-curious professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams to surface stories, insights, and announcements
• Track performance and iterate based on data and intuition
• Experiment with new formats, tones, and ideas

• Creative: You know how to hook people and build interest in complex ideas
• Analytical: You enjoy digging into what's working and why
• Strategic: You have a plan, both short-term and long-term
• Technical-ish: You don't need to be a dev, but you should be comfortable learning and talking about AI, intelligent agents, software workflows, etc.
• Self-directed: You love running with your own ideas and don't need step-by-step guidance
• Fluent in LinkedIn and Twitter/X: You understand each channel's unique energy and how to make content land there
• A strong writer: You can distill complexity into sharp, compelling copy
