Status: Full-time

Salary: Starting from $75,000 per year.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance the social media presence of multiple hospitality and real estate establishments. This position requires someone passionate about the real estate and hospitality industries, who is up to date with the latest social media trends and skilled in content creation (photography, video, and graphic design) to engage with our online audience. The ideal candidate will manage various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, helping us tell the story of our hotels and build a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for each property to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote sales.
    • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content posting across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Collaborate with the hospitality and real estate teams to gather content ideas, promotions, and events that align with the image and marketing goals of each property.
    • Play a role in establishing the company as an employer of choice by creating a digital presence that is genuine, people-centered, and true to the organization’s values.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Capture high-quality photos and videos to showcase the Tidan Group, along with its activities, events, and customer experiences.
    • Edit and curate engaging visual content tailored to each platform.
    • Create unique content for all platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and other engaging multimedia formats.
    • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to support recruitment campaigns through social media initiatives (such as showcasing job openings, employee testimonials, career spotlight videos, etc.).
    • Develop content that highlights the company culture, employee benefits, and career opportunities to attract new talent.
    • Support the cultural committee by covering internal events, creating engaging content that showcases workplace life, and contributing to a strong sense of belonging among employees.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and engaging brand image.
    • Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and other relevant industry figures.
  4. Campaigns & Promotions:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize social media ad campaigns to increase visibility and bookings, including paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Create promotional campaigns around events, seasonal offers, and special packages.
    • Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to continuously improve engagement and growth.
  6. Travel & On-Site Content Generation:
    • Occasionally travel to multiple properties to capture real-time content and ensure brand consistency.
    • Participate in on-site events, guest experiences, and behind-the-scenes footage creation.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  2. Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and social media management tools.
  3. Excellent photography and video skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  4. Ability to write engaging captions and create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  5. Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  6. Experience running paid social media campaigns and boosting posts effectively.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  9. Flexibility to travel between hotel properties as needed.
  10. A passion for the hospitality industry and a flair for creating engaging, on-brand content.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  3. Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.
  4. Knowledge of SEO principles for social media platforms.
