Job Description

BXStudio seeks a Social Media Project Manager to oversee and elevate our social‑content workflow. In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams and clients to manage case‑study assets from ideation through publication—ensuring each piece meets our high standards, arrives on schedule, and secures all necessary approvals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pipeline of case studies, driving timely progression (aiming for two assets per week until backlog is cleared)
• Manage creative resources by assigning and directing designers, copywriters, and animators to produce social assets
• Draft and refine copy, including leveraging AI tools for first‑pass captions and scripts
• Coordinate feedback and sign‑off with leadership and clients, guiding assets through review cycles
• Schedule and publish finalized content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels

Requirements

• 3+ years of project‑management or content‑operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple creative streams (design, copy, video/animation)
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive presence in client‑facing interactions
• Exceptional organizational aptitude and attention to detail, with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with Asana, Trello, Monday.com (or similar) and social‑scheduling platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Webflow and Figma
• Basic experience with video‑editing or animation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Hands‑on use of AI‑driven copy platforms (ChatGPT, Jasper)
• Understanding of social‑media analytics and SEO principles
