We are seeking a Social Media & Lead Coordinator (Contract – Remote + Commission) to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Brands: Westgate Koenig (Commercial Construction) & Homes by Westgate (Luxury Design-Build)
Location: Remote (must be based in Lower Mainland, BC for occasional local events)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (Subcontract)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or deliverable rate + commission on each lead secured
We are looking for a driven Social Media & Lead Coordinator to help grow our online presence and generate qualified leads for our construction companies. This contract role involves posting engaging content across platforms, running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns, and answering inbound calls to qualify and coordinate new leads. If you’re creative, social media-savvy, and confident on the phone, this role offers strong commission upside in addition to contract pay.
Remote position with occasional travel to events in the Lower Mainland. Flexible hours required to respond quickly to leads. Commission paid on each qualified lead secured into a contract. Long-term growth opportunities within Westgate Group for the right candidate.
