Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Lead Coordinator (Contract – Remote + Commission) to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

Brands: Westgate Koenig (Commercial Construction) & Homes by Westgate (Luxury Design-Build)

Location: Remote (must be based in Lower Mainland, BC for occasional local events)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (Subcontract)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or deliverable rate + commission on each lead secured

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
  • Compile and present data for other departments

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Social Media & Lead Coordinator to help grow our online presence and generate qualified leads for our construction companies. This contract role involves posting engaging content across platforms, running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns, and answering inbound calls to qualify and coordinate new leads. If you’re creative, social media-savvy, and confident on the phone, this role offers strong commission upside in addition to contract pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Meta Ad campaigns for lead generation
  • Write and publish SEO-friendly blog posts (2–3 per week)
  • Plan and send email marketing campaigns (weekly or bi-weekly)
  • Answer inbound lead calls quickly, qualify prospects, and coordinate with sales
  • Track weekly performance (social growth, ad ROI, leads, email engagement)
  • Attend occasional company events and marketing activations in the Lower Mainland
  • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
  • Compile and present data for other departments
  • Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
Who You Are
  • Experience managing social media accounts and growing follower engagement
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and professional with leads
  • Highly organized and reliable with fast response times
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Work Style & Compensation

Remote position with occasional travel to events in the Lower Mainland. Flexible hours required to respond quickly to leads. Commission paid on each qualified lead secured into a contract. Long-term growth opportunities within Westgate Group for the right candidate.
