What to Expect:

You will lead the planning, development, and execution of social media and influencer strategies using an integrated approach that combines owned, earned, and paid tactics. Your efforts will maximize brand awareness and engagement, ultimately driving conversion and retention among prospects and club members.

A day in the life:

  • Social Media Channel Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
    • Maintain a curated social media editorial calendar in collaboration with agency
    • Ensure key brand moments are effectively amplified via social media
    • Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content
    • Develop a comprehensive amplification strategy with agency
    • Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on performance
  • Lead the influencer marketing strategy in Canada, finding opportunities to boost brand presence
  • Identify and collaborate with key influencers to expand the brand's reach and build trust with prospects and community members
  • Manage influencer campaigns, both earned and paid, coordinating projects from conception to deployment with agency
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer marketing initiatives through key performance indicators assessment
  • Work closely with the CRC & Social Media Community team, collaborating on consumer engagement across social channels

Role Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market
  • Over 5 years of experience in related roles
  • Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Good or luxury goods is advantageous
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
