The University of Lethbridge is seeking a full-time, continuing position as a Social Media Coordinator. Reporting to the Executive Director of Ancillary Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for content creation and updating the social media platforms for all the Ancillary business units. The successful candidate will be student-focused, have a professional attitude and be able to work well independently and in a team environment.

The role entails inventory photography and photo editing for the Bookstore online storefront. Experience in delivering results based social media content for the Ancillary management team is essential, along with building effective working relationships with the University community.

Position Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Preference for New Media or Marketing.
  • A minimum of two years of prior related work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong computer proficiency, organization skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment are required.

  • Photoshop
  • Microsoft Suite

  • DocuSign
  • MailChimp
  • Flowcode, and Website management
Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)

Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $4,017.00 - $4,469.00 monthly

Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)

Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $4,017.00 - $4,921.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 8)
