What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Coordinate and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
2. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags to foster community engagement with event professionals
3. Track engagement, impressions, and follower growth, providing weekly and monthly performance reports
4. Maintain and update the content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and industry trends
5. Stay informed on social media trends to recommend new content ideas that resonate with the audience

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (internships included)
2. Strong passion for B2B marketing, events, and community building
3. Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging social media copy
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Basic design skills for creating visual content; experience with Figma is a plus
