You can become part of a fast-paced, exciting, and fun work environment, all from the comfort of your home – ICUC is a fully remote company and has been since day one. Our mission is to remind the world that there are humans behind brands. This applies not only to our clients and social media communities but also to our workplace. Our culture is built on collaboration, responsibility, and trust, so your hard work and achievements will be recognized. We support a progressive culture where you can feel at home, enjoy equal opportunities, and grow with us. At ICUC, we achieve things together as a team.

Want to join the team?

We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists who are available to work a combination of shifts, including:

  • Days - 8AM to 4PM North American Central Time
  • Evenings - 4PM to 12AM North American Central Time
  • Overnight shifts - 12AM to 8AM North American Central Time

These shifts are throughout the week and on weekends, to join our growing team.

What awaits you?
  • Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments posted on our clients’ social channels on behalf of our clients using their unique brand voice.
  • Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement across our clients’ social channels.
  • Provide our clients’ audiences with an excellent experience through their social channels.
  • Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels.
  • Understand our clients’ social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines to communicate with their audience effectively.
  • Ensure the online community's safety policies and brand guidelines are being followed by all members.
Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Native fluency in English. Fluency (C2 proficiency) in additional languages is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, syntax, etc.) in English.
  • Permanent residency in Canada.
  • Open and flexible availability, with no limitations, to work a combination of the shifts and days outlined above.
  • Professional experience moderating and engaging across all social media platforms.
  • Experience writing, editing, and creating engaging content in the social media space, following brand voice and guidelines.
  • The ability to tailor your tone and voice to match each customer.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of, experience with, and a genuine interest in content moderation across multiple industries.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
  • An active Facebook account.

Note: Full-time (32-40 hours/week) and part-time (24-32 hours/week) opportunities are available. All shifts are 8 hours, with the expectation to work a combination of the outlined shifts/days.
