Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Experience with social platforms and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content for platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Support content creation using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Express.
• Participate in brainstorms with internal teams and agencies.
• Identify trends and moments to inform brand activity and engagement.
• Assist with social activations tied to launches, events, and partnerships.
• Publish content across platforms with brand consistency and timely execution.
• Monitor and respond to comments in English and French.
• Analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy.
