Social Media Communications Coordinator

As our Social Media Communications Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of our iconic brands, playing a pivotal role in shaping how consumers experience and connect with us online. This role involves managing our social accounts, creating vibrant, engaged communities that celebrate our passion for premium products and inspiring active lives. You’ll blend creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of social culture to build and maintain enthusiastic brand communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and report on online marketing strategies for multiple Iovate brands across various social platforms.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, track relevant conversations, and uncover insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Brand, R&D, Creative, and Sales teams to identify and engage with trending podcasts, creators, biohackers, industry thought leaders, and key channels to drive awareness and support brand positioning.
• Create detailed reports on social account performance, using analytics to track progress, evaluate campaigns, and refine strategies.
• Manage community engagement by responding to consumer comments, questions, and messages, fostering a positive brand presence and meaningful relationships.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify content creation opportunities and join relevant conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, business communications, or advertising.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, etc.) and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community growth.
• Ability to analyze social media data and KPIs, extract insights, and set benchmarks for performance evaluation.
• Experience with social media management and listening tools such as Brandwatch or similar platforms.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to balance short-term deadlines with long-term goals.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking and collaboration skills.
