Job summary

Safe Software is seeking a Social Media & Brand Experience Manager to own our social media strategy, content calendar, and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You will create and edit short-form video content and tell compelling stories about our people, customers, and products.

You'll collaborate with the Brand & Experience team, use HubSpot analytics to measure performance, and translate launches and campaigns into engaging social content.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
  • Portfolio or examples demonstrating social media and video content you've created.
  • Hands-on experience producing and editing short-form video for social platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram and understanding of emerging platforms and formats.
  • Experience developing content calendars and using analytics to inform decisions.
  • Comfort appearing on camera and engaging with people in person.
  • Ability to independently manage content from concept through publishing and measurement.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar social media management platforms, or ability to learn new tools.
  • Curiosity about AI and its evolving role in content, community, and brand marketing.

Job description

FME is used by tens of thousands of organizations around the world to connect data, support AI initiatives, and power critical data infrastructure. This role will bring those stories to life across social media.

You'll own our social media strategy and content calendar, create video and other social content, and use performance insights to continually improve our approach. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable moving from idea to execution.

About The Team

This role sits within the Brand & Experience team, part of Safe's Marketing department. You'll report to the Director of Brand & Experience and work closely with team members across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and other departments to uncover stories, support campaigns and bring our people, products, customers, and culture to life.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Social Media & Brand Experience Manager, you will:

  • Own the social media strategy, content calendar, and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant emerging platforms.

  • Create and edit short-form video content, including appearing on camera when appropriate.

  • Find and tell compelling stories about our employees, customers, products, and use cases.

  • Build and maintain a consistent, recognizable brand voice.

  • Turn product launches, company milestones, campaigns, and events into relevant social content.

  • Use HubSpot and performance data to schedule, measure, and improve content.

  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Director on campaigns and paid social.
