Responsibilities

• Working with kids in residential care, foster care and at home
• Advocacy and safeguarding: Promoting and advocating for the rights of vulnerable individuals, ensuring they are protected from harm and have access to appropriate services.
• Collaborating with other professionals: Working with healthcare providers, families, and other social care professionals to create and implement care plans tailored to the needs of clients.
• SCW, has to have divers license as role will involve meeting kids once a week for activities such as swimming, cycling, football etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Care Level 7/8
• Coru Registration desirable
• 19 Hours per week
• Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
