An established industry player is looking for a passionate Soccer Instructor to lead adult classes at Burnaby Lake Sports Complex. This role involves creating fun and effective lesson plans for beginners, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have relevant soccer coaching certifications and First Aid training. We are seeking an experienced Soccer Instructor for the spring and summer season from April 8 to September 23 at Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans for adult classes (17+), focusing on beginners learning basic skills and rules in a fun environment. The City provides soccer balls, class lists, a First Aid kit, and teaching aids. Safety checks before lessons are mandatory. Classes operate rain or shine. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills are required.
Preference given to candidates with BC Soccer/Soccer Canada certification and a minimum Level 1 certificate, along with First Aid Level 1 certification.
Pay Rate: $27.54 per hour
Location: Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West
Schedule: Mondays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
