INTER Academy Toronto is seeking Coaches for competitive and grassroots levels. This part-time role requires professionalism, organization, and discipline to ensure adherence to Inter Methodology standards. Coaches will prepare and lead training sessions, maintain qualifications, and may have opportunities for internships at Inter Milan HQ. Inter Academy is a medium-long term program, based on a technical know-how transfer process.

Inter Academy is a direct, global extension of the Club’s youth academy, which is renowned both for its on-field achievements and the ability of its Coaches to develop professional footballers. All activities in our Academies adhere to the rules and regulations of the Inter Corporate Policy for Children, which was drawn up in accordance with international principles for the protection of children.

Inter Academy Toronto is looking for Coaches at the Competitive level and grassroots level.

These positions require professionalism, organization, and discipline to program the season, six-week cycles, and session plans to ensure that the Inter Methodology standards are met.

Applicants should show a willingness to learn and grow by keeping up to date with their qualifications and attending our coaching clinics.

Training sessions are generally in the evening, with some games or sessions over the weekends.

All coaches will be asked to run a trial session with an academy team as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and lead sessions for their allocated team.
2. Follow and transfer Inter Academy Methodology, Procedures, and Policies.
3. Remain updated with current qualifications, including:

• C-license or above
• Learn to train
• Making ethical decisions
• Reliable mode of transportation

Compensation includes competitive hourly pay based on qualifications, experience, competence, and hours.
